The principle of nitrogen in the GREAT nitrogen system:
The pressure swing adsorption nitrogen generator uses compressed air as the raw material, and uses Carbotech's BF carbon molecular sieve as the adsorbent. According to the different adsorption performance of molecular sieve on nitrogen and oxygen in the air, nitrogen pressure is obtained by pressure swing adsorption (PSA) at normal temperature. The carbon molecular sieve is a porous material composed of carbon, and the surface of the carbon molecular sieve has many micropores.
Under certain pressure, the narrow pores of the oxygen molecular carbon molecular sieve microporous system diffuse much faster than the carbon molecules. Therefore, the carbon molecular sieve preferentially adsorbs oxygen molecules, and the nitrogen is rich in high-purity nitrogen. The pressure swing adsorption nitrogen generator utilizes this characteristic to realize nitrogen and oxygen separation by means of pressure adsorption and decompression desorption to obtain nitrogen.
The pressure swing adsorption nitrogen generator uses two towers in parallel to alternately adsorb and regenerate, thereby continuously producing nitrogen from compressed air.
